Hall rental pricing
Rental pricing depends on the day of the week, requested event space, and required event services.
Friday–Sunday
Weekend hall rental for Friday through Sunday events.
Monday–Wednesday
Weekday hall rental for Monday through Wednesday events. Events must be completed by midnight.
Deposit
Deposit required to help secure and process your rental request.
Common rental charges
Some items may be required or optional depending on the size and type of event.

Setup, food prep, and decorating
There is no extra charge for food prep or decorating before your event if setup is completed on the same day as your event.
If you would like to decorate or prepare food the day before your event, there is a $150 fee, provided the hall is not already rented that day.

Bar and beverage information
McQueeney Lions Club provides bartender service and beverage options for rental events.
Club-provided beverage service
McQueeney Lions Club furnishes two bartenders to serve beer, wine coolers, sodas, ice, and setups.
Liquor may be brought in by the renter, but renters may not bring in beer, wine, soda, or ice coolers.
Cash bar pricing
- Domestic canned beers: $3.00 each
- Soda and water bottles: $1.00 each
- Wine coolers: $2.50 each
- Ice: $3.00 per bucket
Specific beer or soda requests may be stocked with at least two weeks’ notice.
Kegs and margarita machine
Additional beverage options may be available with advance coordination.
Keg Beer
Keg beer may be purchased from the Club. Cups are provided. Orders should be placed at least two weeks before the event.
Cash Bar
Bartenders may sell beverages to guests directly or run tabs that are paid at the end of the event.
Margarita Machine
Renters are responsible for renting, refilling, and cleaning up the machine. Extra charges may apply if leaks or messes occur.
Catering flexibility
McQueeney Lions Club does not provide food or catering for private rental events. Renters are free to select a local caterer, bring food, cook on the BBQ pit, or use a combination of options.
